Men's Ministry

"All scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work."
2 Timothy 3:16-17
CCR has a vision to see every man become a mature disciple of Jesus Christ - grounded in God's word, transformed by the gospel, strengthened through authentic brotherhood, faithfully leading at home, serving in the church, and making disciples in the unique places God has placed them.
We seek to achieve this by continuing to study scripture verse by verse as we do on Sunday during corporate worship. Alongside this we will focus on:
-
building relationships that last, offer support, encouragement and accountability
-
Encouraging every man to read the Bible daily
-
Teaching men how to study scripture for themselves
-
Memorizing scripture together
-
Applying God's word to their daily life
Men's Bible Study Groups
We will meet once a month at the church, sharing the vision and pattern for men's groups as we build strong relationships. These gatherings will support what our pastors are teaching on Sundays, with focused study on recent sermons that opens up deeper conversation among us.
From here, leaders will rise up to start smaller groups of 5-6 men. Each group will set it's own rhythm - determining when to meet, how often, and where - shaped around what works for the men in each group.
Events
CCR holds men's events throughout the year which focus on teaching, sharing testimonies, and praying together *both as a large group and in smaller circles).
Future events will be communicated in the bulletin, on the website and in the Church Center App. Click here to request to join the Men's Ministry Group in Church Center and be kept up to date with all things men's ministry.
